YANKEES GET SECOND WIN OF SEASON AND FIRST AT HOME

The Yankees have finally gotten win number two and it couldn’t have come at a better time considering they were trailing Brooklyn by 5 games going into tonight. The Staten Island Yankees bats finally woke up and pushed eight runs across the plate to beat the Renegades 8 – 5 in the final game of a 3 game set. Now that their bats have woken up let’s hope that they don’t go to sleep. From what I have seen from this team my assessment is this: The talent is there it really is obvious but they are not playing as a team yet. Once this talented group of guys figure out how to work as a team the wins will start pouring in.

Finally a good job by the Staten Island Yankees!! It is still early in the Staten Island Yankees season but don’t panic, look at the Mets Double A-Binghamton and Triple-A Buffalo Bisons squads are both in last place!!!
